By booking a tour with Mayan Adventures, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings & Payments

A deposit of approximately 10% is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Requirements

All riders must hold a valid motorcycle license and have prior riding experience. Mayan Adventures reserves the right to refuse participation to any rider deemed unsafe.
